Missions:
- Preparing plans for public administration activities and following up on their implementation after approval.

- Supervising the maintenance of the university buildings and facilities.
- Supervising maintenance and cleaning contracts and following up on their implementation with contractors and contractors.
- Supervise the work of planting and landscaping and ensure the availability of its requirements.
- Supervising the security of university buildings and facilities such as sports, social and entertainment clubs.
- Determining the required standards and technical specifications for the operation and maintenance of the university's facilities and facilities.
- Suggesting lists of contractors who want to enter the tenders to work with the university.
- Participating in contract awarding of maintenance, cleaning and services approved by the executing companies in accordance with the regulations.
- Following up on the implementation of approved projects in accordance with the required standards and technical specifications and the timeline for implementation.
- Supervising the preparation of the general policy and the rules for organising employees' housing.
- Supervising the preparation of the current and final reports and the expenses of the cost construction expenses for the contractors, checking them to ensure they reflect what has been implemented.
- Dealing with contractors and consultants and responding to their requirements and inquiries.
- Contribute to the conclusion of contracts for the operation and maintenance of the university's facilities and facilities with companies.
- Preparing measurements and specifications for repairs and basic construction works which are permitted.
- Ensure the delivery of public benefits and services to the various facilities and facilities of the university in cooperation with the concerned authorities.
- Supervising all cleaning and landscaping services for the various university facilities and facilities.
- Participating in the membership of the technical committees required by the work, such as inspection, withdrawal, delivery, primary and final receipt, rental, damage assessment and other committees.
- Registration of contractors who want to take place in public and limited tenders in landscaping services, logistics and maintenance services.
- Problems in defining indicators for measuring performance for all activities related to the work of the public administration, and reviewing and developing continuously.
- Determining the needs of the public administration in terms of human resources, equipment and materials and following up on their provisions. 22- Determining the training needs of public administration employees to nominate the appropriate training programmes.
