Launching the facilities system:

On  04/25/1441, December 23, 2019, the Rector of the University, Prof. Muhammad bin Yahya Al-Shehri launched the (Marafiq) system, which is an electronic system that aims to manage the operation, maintenance and general services in all university facilities. This system was presented by the Director General of the Maintenance and Services Department, who explained all electronic services and their keeping base with the university's and the administration's vision. Marafiq system is affiliated with the General Administration of Maintenance and Services, which is dedicated to receive electronic communications from students and university employees regarding maintenance and operation work of the university’s roads and buildings, as one of the pillars of this system is the Unified Reporting Center 5555.
