The general objective: provide appropriate housing for faculty members and university employees and provide the best service.

Mission:

  • Implementation of approved plans and programs.
  • Implementing regulations and instructions related to the organization of housing and its affiliated facilities.
  • Registering faculty members’ requests for university housing and following up on their housing in accordance with the approved regulations and rules.
  • Distribution of housing units to the beneficiaries based on the applicable rules and regulations
  • Informing the resident’s faculty members and their families of the rules and regulations of the residency.
  • Supervising the services provided to the residents in the housing.
  • Supervising the activities held in the housing.
  • Following up on the work of the housing unit supervisors.
  • Ensure the provision of all basic services in housing and the availability of security and safety in the housing units in coordination organisational organizational units
  • Addressing the housing problems in accordance with the rules and regulations of university housing.

  • appropriately preparing the housing units and suggesting the best use.
  • Receiving and handing over the housing units with their furniture, equipment and covenant, as well as the eviction according to the forms prepared for that collection
  • Following up on the rent collection from the residents and the charges of the services provided to them, according to the regulations.
  • Following up on the uses of the housing units after handing them over to the beneficiaries and submitting reports on violators of the housing conditions.
  • Determining the department's needs regarding human resources, equipment and materials and following up on their provision.
  • Determining the training needs o the administration's employees to nominate them for the appropriate training programs.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the department's activities, achievements, and proposals for performance development.
  • Any other tasks assigned to it .
