The general objective: Supporting the General Administration of Maintenance and Services and providing administrative and financial services.
Mission:
- Implementation of approved plans and programmes.
 - Appling the rules, regulations and instructions of administrative and financial affairs.
 - Printing documents such as letters, reports, notes and meeting minutes and keeping them organised.
 - Saving drawings, diagrams and management documents appropriately.
 - Reviewing the expiration of maintenance, services and cleaning contracts, and working on renewal and launching it in new tenders with the concerned units.
 - Providing photocopying services for letters, reports and engineering drawings.
 - Coordination and follow-up with the concerned authorities in the university to prepare the general administration budget.
 - Follow-up on supply requests related to contractors and suppliers by the applicable procedures.
 - Preparing extracts of contractors and contractors and ensuring the accuracy of what has been implemented, then sending them to the financial affairs to make deductions or apply fines.
 - Participate in determining the unit's human resources, equipment and materials needs.
 - Determining the need to train the unit's employees to nominate them for suitable training programs.
 - Preparing periodic reports on the unit's activities, achievements, and proposals for developing its performance.
 - Any other tasks assigned to it are within the limits of competence.
